Dane Swenson, Realtor/Listing Specialist/Buyer Specialist

Dane Swenson is a CPA who has been financing builders and developers for over 20 years.  In his capacity first as a loan officer, then as part owner and president of a medium-sized construction lending company, Dane has been involved in and attended literally thousands of real estate closings in his career.  Recently, during the market downturn, Dane was involved in pricing, marketing and selling over 125 completed homes and townhomes, partially finished homes and vacant lots that had been financed by his company.

Dane brings a wealth of real estate experience and knowledge to each deal.  His skills in bringing a property to market, working with the ReMax team to get the property seen and negotiating transactions will be a significant advantage to his clients.  He will work hard to make each buyer and seller he represents successful.

Ronyell (Ron) Whittaker,   Short Sale Operations Manager  and Minnesota Vikings Relocation

Ron brings a deep skill set to the team with his passion for detail and his love of working with people.  His high energy and positive attitude are always a constant in and out of the office.   Ron heads our short sale transaction management and also works with our professional athlete clients  focusing on the Relocation needs of the Minnesota Vikings.  Ron is a 6 year veteran of the NFL and played several seasons as a Minnesota Viking.   He was an All American Football Player at Virginia Tech graduating in 2003.
