Over the past couple of weeks we have been ramping up our target marketing efforts. The newest tool we are bringing on board for our clients is the new enhancement from Trulia.com. Through the purchase of premium services our clients will now benefit from increased exposure from our past marketing package with Trulia. The new marketing package is showcasing our listings using our rich photography and photo tours.
Buyers searching for homes in Minnesota are using Trulia.com more frequently than many regional sites, and their user base is growing daily. This is due in part to the massive national marketing efforts Trulia has done to make their search function a favorite in many parts of the country. This huge user base is especially effective at capturing buyers relocating from other parts of the country.
Some of the benefits our clients will receive is an enhanced photo package offering up to 5 times the photo exposure of other similar homes on the market in their price range. The goal is to make our listings stand out as much as possible and increase buyer inquiries.
